HydroCycle has advanced training in constructed wetlands for stormwater management and ecosystem restoration.  Project examples include the following.

Nolichucky River Watershed, Greene County, TN

HydroCycle is assisting the Middle Nolichucky Watershed Alliance (MNWA) with the evaluation and design of stormwater BMPs within the Nolichucky River watershed.  The BMPs are designed to substantially reduce the release of sediment from agricultural lands adjacent to the Nolichucky River.

Sinking Creek Wetland Restoration, Johnson City, TN

The Boone Watershed Partnership and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture selected HydroCycle to evaluate the feasibility of using treatment wetlands to reduce E. coli concentrations along Sinking Creek in Johnson City, TN.  Upon completion of the feasibility study, HydroCycle is now designing 2.5 acres of constructed riverine wetlands which will be integrated into an educational park facility for the City of Johnson City.
